The frame is steel and of great quality, as is the coatings, the tank, and the pump. It is spray for 5 to 10 seconds to flush air out of the pump. The spray nozzles need some Teflon tape, and some adjustment to get them dialed in correctly with no leaks. This works with the unit but is at it's lowest attachment height for the unit.
