It is made in a warehouse to clean each tank prior to use to remove any debris, scuffs or marking from the manufacturing process. It can be rotated to sit on any side. There is a permanently mounted cap that covers a hole that is produced during the manufacturing process, this is not a fitting and can not be safely removed, please do not attempt removing the cap.

The fittings are typical fitting sizes. It is recommended to use a fill dish or other gravity process. The tank must be vented allowing air in and out during use to remove any debris, scuffs or marking from the manufacturing process.
