It features adjustable knobs for fastening flooring of varying thicknesses. The staples would be driven about half way, requiring Vice grips to pull out the staples, slowing down the installation. A swivel air fitting keeps the stapler right where you want it, so you can move freely without getting tangled in the compressor hose. It's important to note that it’s really meant for thinner laminates and engineered flooring.

This is the only way to lay flooring. It's a good quality tool and like any good tool, makes "work" more pleasurable. It’s so much easier and faster to staple using this tool.
