Eagle makes beautiful and great drum with classic and smartly choosen materials. This is a nice drum for many uses heavy duty and the top is very easy to remove. It comes with a removable lid with a formed lip and a split metal ring "belt" with a compression latch. It is constructed of blue blow-molded high-density polyethylene (hdpe) with uv inhibitors, is durable and lightweight, weather and chemical resistant, and has a metal lever-lock band closure. The lid has a groove and gasket that seal excellently, nice tight airlock. The lid is sturdy enough to attach it without using any additional support.
This barrel would be water tight once the ring / lid has been placed, however, and doesn't have handles. It holds water for plants, but it works awesome.Why We Like This:
