It is the best wheel for the money with a shifter. It is on the large size for this item but it has the lap rails built in so they won't snap off or get lost. The center hub of the wheel is the 4-way controller pad located for your left thumb on the normal xbox controller. These are wired with the type of computer cord that screws in, so you have no need to worry of accidently unplugging the pedals while racing.

The cables for the wheel are almost 5 ft. in length. It is comfortable with no-slip soft rubber on the wheel. The paddle shifters will not stand any major abuse, but are sensitive and smooth. The wheel works great with PGR3, Forza2 and Dirt. It also has paddle shifters if you want to use them instead but they are very short and tucked inside the wheel so small hands might have an issue but they work as well as any button.
