This is amazing for Solo Training and saves you the trouble of running and getting the volleyball after you hit it over the net. It goes up to men’s volleyball net height and has a net to stop it and a ball return. The volleyball net portion doesn't have a ton of tension on it, so you get away with a lot of balls that hit the tape (the top of the net), push the net out of the way, and the ball still goes over.
