This is the best tool for compressing your caliper cylinders when replacing brakes. It is compatible with 99% of twin and quad piston fixed calipers, as well as single and twin piston floating calipers. It allows the centrally located ratchet to spread the force evenly in a parallel manner.

It is a tiny, precision instrument intended to remove a healthy piston from a caliper while doing a seal change.
