It offers 5 buttons, 1 trigger and 1 8-way hat as to where the t16000m only offers 3 buttons, 1 trigger and 1 8-way hat. It includes only six buttons total(that is including the trigger) but some of the fancy ones only have hat control for fighters and only two or three buttons and are not for space ships or similar games. The trigger has plastic hooks that grab a rod, holding the trigger in place. There's a center button which is very easy to hit when using the right twin buttons.

This control stick is solidly constructed, stays in place, and has all you need for flight simulation basics. There are 6 programmable buttons, a POV hat switch, and an adjustable hand rest to give you a more comfortable grip. The joystick handle is comfortable.
