It is great for diving into flat picking obviously. The CD really is good and both a slow and tempo version is played and the songs sound cool too. The audio examples are excellent at two different speeds. The CD is a help to understand how the song is suppose to sound, but does not offer any other instructions on how to play, or hints on any difficult passages.
