These are not for wet mud trails but are better than most street tires in those dreaded construction zones on a rainy day. This tire offers good value for a budget tire. It provides excellent wet and dry weather adhesion and smooth running on the highway. The tire feels really good under those max load conditions.
These "heavier" tires are also less prone to flats. They work great on the street and quite well on gravel and forest service roads.
