Top-Cofrld makes beautiful and great kit with classic and smartly choosen materials. It is a pretty good little board. It is a very solid, great sounding kit. The push button power switch (needed for AC) is weak and would benefit greatly from a simple SPST switch pre-power supply to save energy as most people will not unplug a wall wart.
This board needs a transformer with 3 output wires, 2 secondary and 1 center tap. The tone controls work wonderfully. If you have some basic soldering skills, basic troubleshooting skills, and a basic understanding of electronics, this is the amp for you. It's an easy kit to build.Why We Like This:
