Compared with other ink in this category, the noodler's ink archival fountain pen ink has a convenient design. Eye Dropper" style fountain pens generally have much larger capacities for ink storage, but Manuel's review above carries highly accurate information bodies and sometimes it isn't obvious just looking. It pops on white paper and almost feels antique on creme. Its color is nice, with shade effect. It takes on a warm, coppery tone.
The color is way too light to use as a daily writing ink. It's a slow-drying ink on good paper, but that's important for the shading. It does not feather too bad, and flows quite well. It is great for accenting notes at work. Why We Like This:
- Great color to stand out from blue or black
- Looks great in the bottle, great in a demonstrator pen, and great on paper
- Amazing shading and saturation, just like a sunset
Noodler'S true Blue Ink

This Noodler's Blue ink is the essence of what a blue ink is supposed to be. It's everything you could want in a fountain pen ink. Despite the fact that blue isn't exactly a very exciting color, noodler's manages to capture an element of elegance and variety in this otherwise fairly standard hue.
This ink is very susceptible to water and will smear, run, fade, and cry if it is exposed to water. Even though the color won't turn any heads, your writing will have a noticeably greater depth than a regular ballpoint and/or gel pen would achieve. It is best for signing checks and other documents. The ink flows well and is definitely permanent. It is great for professional work. Why We Like This:
- Nice ink in texture and color
- Flows great, dries quick and the color is beautiful
- Solid and practical with a touch of flair
