The treal axle gearbox should be able to handle its purpose and duties with ease. The one piece housing is the best. The original axle housing bearings fit and hold very snug with no chance of them backing out without catastrophic failure or intentional action to push them out. This differential takes the different shim sizes to properly set the gear mesh. The included diff covers are very nice with a very clean logo.

It includes in each axle package a complete set of new screws, everything you need to install it. It comes with excessive gear mesh, you will prematurely wear out the metal gears very quickly. The overall fit is excellent and the bearings fit snug in place.

Not everyone likes to purchase gearbox for their daily usage, but the rchub axle gearbox would be an anomoly. It is made for rc rock crawlers mainly, in that when crawling up a steep hill the rear wheels can be free. It has a transmission function, it does not have a reverse transmission function. It's an axial clone, so the axial gears should fit.

This gearbox does not change speed, only1 speed. It is determined by the thickness of steering gear arm. The servo controlled lever has three positions, so the rear wheels can be free. The transmission looks great and is well made.

The look and feel of this gearboxes are consistent with the decent quality we're used to from the rest of Quet's lineup. It's a rear dig trans basically just a standard axial 3 gear trans with a dig feature bolted on the back. The lever in the forward position gives you 4x4, pulled straight back, dig is engaged (rear axle locked) and setting your center position will give you free wheeling rear axle. It can be shifted on the fly while driving.

This feature is used alot in competitive Rock crawling rigs. It can be used with a larger 550can or 2050kv 6s motor. The gears are smooth, without binding. This is on the 10.2 build and is based on an Axial 3 gear with the addition of a DIG feature bolted on the back. The transmission has minimal grease so be sure to open it up.
