Not everyone likes to purchase mixer for their daily usage, but the hakka brors beef mixer would be an anomoly. This mixer does a great job of mixing as long as you mix in both directions, alternating every few minutes. The meat mixer is great, except the welds holding the mixing paddles to the shaft are pretty ugly for a food processor. The gears have some heavy grease on them, (not a lot) the bearings appear sealed. The reduction gear makes it easier to turn the handle and mix the meat.
The fact that you can attach it to a grinder makes it that much better. It will work with all grinders.Why We Like This:
