It comes with systems and hardware to support the nes, snes, and genesis entertainment system, and retro-bit serves as a connection to the past. It has a very nice case to hold your controller.
It is good for both old sega genesis as genesis minis and othes devices like PC's. The addition of shoulder buttons makes the controller more versatile as you can use it for retro gaming on several other consoles. This is a really good controller with really cool software that lets you remap a bunch of stuff and make the controller something to your liking. The controller is automatically detected, no need to map the buttons. The controller turns off / on and pairing when it is docked / undocked is super convenient.
The centre buttons are easy to reach with your thumbs so you can quickly pause and there are another 2 buttons on the underside of it so you can bind to something. The controller is excellent and keeps the wireless dongle connected and the pad always charged is super convenient. The connection is perfect, so you can hardly feel any delay at all.
