It has everything from illustrated graphics detailing "the circle of wheat, " to glossaries meant to build up your bread vocabulary, and detailed visual aids throughout that take you through the entire dough-making process from shaping to scoring.
This is by far the most challenging and rewarding bread you’ll ever make. It allows the reader to source specific strains of flour. There is enough variety to keep veteran bread bakers busy with new projects and plenty of easy to understand information for neophytes. The book is richly illustrated and the explanations are clear.
