Compared with other products by Clover, the clover white marking pen has a convenient design. This pen works well for making sewing line marks on dark fabric. It's hard to see where you've marked without multiple passes. It is designed to mark on dark colored fabrics. It does dissappear with the iron but it's nearly visible before hand and has a milky appearance hard to see where you've marked without multiple passes. The pen works unevenly, or dries up.
This white marking pen will not rub off and disapears completely when it's ironed. It does not work good on synthetics but it still works on tencel and stretch fabric with a minimum percentage of linen or cotton. It just requires a bit of patience, since you make the marks and they disappear very quickly, but then reappear in bright white in about.
Why We Like This:
Great for marking cotton and linen
Works good on dark fabric and disappears when ironed

This is a felt tip pen that is filled with a very unique fabric softener to allow for folding. When doing tiny blocks with many layers, applying this pen before ironing keeps the seams flat. It works great for finger pressing a seam as you go but also incredible with a quick press.
The pen uses 4 or 5 drops of this solution to an entire pen filled (to the fill line) with water. The fabric becomes pliable and easy to fold where you draw a line with this pen then simply crease with your fingertips. It is useful to affix a patch prior to sewing the patch in place.
