If you love a challenging game but somewhat forgiving with addicting combat, compelling story and fun puzzles all in the Star Wars universe. It's a great souls-like experience that is more forgiving than the Souls-borne games themselves, and a perfect start point for anyone interested in those types of games. It has great story elements and characters, and the combat challenges are actually outmatched by the puzzle solving and learning all the Jedi powers. The graphics are great, and each world has a fair share of areas to explore.

The combat is similar to souls games and is very similar to sekiro, as it incorporates both parry and dodge rolling mechanics. There are also clear elements of Metroid Prime when you move around the map and an Uncharted/Tomb Raider style adventure feel as you traverse certain areas. The fighting can be really fun but is just the same moves over and over and after a while it gets brought too.

The game itself is solidly in the middle between a through-and-through linear story, and offering the player some choices. If you prefer an actual challenge there are harder skill levels that make the game very difficult and even a lowly storm trooper presents a real threat.
