Best part: dritz quilting purple ink costs comparatively low and it is available to ship in 24 hours. This is a great product for marking sewing projects. It's a simple and efficient way to make your job easy. It is used for smaller items while doing only one item at a time. The fine point is actually a really fine point so you can make accurate marks.
The pen cap doesn’t stay on the top of the pen when you’re using it, so it’s easy to lose. It does the job but you have to mark several times if you want to see the lines when you are sewing. It is easy to remove when done.
Why We Like This:
Nice fine tip, ink fades with a little time
Works great on light colored fabrics
Simple to load and use to sharpen
Very weak, can barely see ink, doesn’t run smoothly

Next on the list, we've got yet another pen that manages to win our hearts. It's the dritz disappearing ink and it's widely considered as pen that has the most suitable features. This is a "MUST HAVE" for sewing. It works well and lasts a sufficient amount of time before drying out. It also comes out really easily with water. The tips are a bit big and the ink or what it is does not last very long but they do the job. It is great for sewing projects. It is best for wool, but great for other fabrics. It is better to avoid using iron on marked places.
Why We Like This:
Handy to carry in travel sewing / quilting bag
Air soluble side, water soluble side, and no messy chalk

The dritz dritz fabric pen's high-end materials makes sure that it ages well with use. This marker has a very nice fine point. It goes on almost invisible and slowly darkens. The line is fine enough, so you can mark your fabric very accurately. It actually runs a little more to the middle of the road. The pin-point tip allows you to make a very fine. It's very light in color, so it will not show up on anything too dark.
This is a great pen if you are needing a fine line pen. It can be used on thin fabrics because they bleed too much. The thicker ones cannot be used on thin fabrics because they bleed too much.
