It’s lightweight but plenty sturdy. Like most wood hoops, the bottom hoop has a cutout at the snare bed which makes it actually around 15 12“...it fits just fine in the snare basket. It has sort of an older style connection for the foot pedal. It comes with a single nylon bag for the stand but it is just a sleeve.
