It is designed to clip onto a belt or waistband, and if you want to switch it between left and right-handed attachment, you just pull the clip off the d-ring and flip it around. It fits 12 arrows well to add to that works well and does not tip. The straps have a pretty good grip, so if you ever remove the tubes to clean the inside or replace a tube, it takes some effort to get the tubes back in.
