The Little Monster Brush is a smaller diameter version of the original Monster Brush. It is designed to have a lighter feel and weight wire tap brushes. The gripped vater wire tap sweep brush is retractable without a pull. It is used to tape two sets of brushes together for this kind of torque. These sticks are heavy and robust, and easily adjustable, so you might get good "bong", "ping", "ching" or "phing" sound out of your instruments. They also give a great sound on djembe. It is good for playing hard at low volume.

We would, of course, be remiss if we didn't mention promark electronic drum brush for regular usage. These brushes are decently priced and very sturdy and sound great especially with cajons. They have good weight and attack(for "train beat" style playing) but they're not as responsive as their metal counterparts when sweeping. It is used to brushes that have a ring on the end to retract them into the sleeve. They come with a nice protectivetube case that comes in handy.
These have a nice mellow sound. It is good for your band mates to hear during practice, but not for a crowd to hear at a bar or coffee house. They're kinda heavy and therefore a little louder, and they retract which saves alot of wear and tear.
