It is basically a sprayable plastic filler and it does a very nice job of sealing off wood grain, rough fiberglass, and very rough body work if you need it to. It can apply paint directly over this or apply additional primer like a urethane material. If the paper is too fine, it will clog easily, especially if you are not wet sanding.
