This is a nice real solid wood skull mount pedestal you can mount on a table or wall. It fits in the jaw between the teeth and starts at +/- 1 7/8 inch at about the middle of the wood, and tapers down to. It does not need to screw into a table unless you are going to put it someplace where it is going to be "bumped" into.

This made in the USA kit includes complete instructions and all assembly and mounting hardware. This worked out very well, to display a euro mounted 8 point rack, that is a little too small for a shoulder mount, but too big to just stick in the garage.
