This CD box set really showcases Franks incredible voice. The CD's are great and contain great details about Sinatra, the recordings included and the era.

This CD set captures old blue eyes voice at an unreachable peak. One likes to hear the albums entire, by themselves, and the singles separately, so this box set is highly preferable to "The Capitol Years, " which includes a mix of singles and songs from the albums. It comes with a great booklet and essay by various sinatraphiles. This set holds its own for both the beginner and the collector. This is a fine primer for newcomers, but you should't miss the tracks that never became singles, including such classics as "pennies from heaven" and "old devil moon.
