Baked in Walkers’ Highland bakery, the tarts are a succulent blend of traditional mincemeat ingredients (sugar, apple, currants, sultanas and candied citrus peels) with a generous ‘tot’ of 12 year old Glenfiddich Malt Whisky. It's very dense so you don't need a huge piece. The cake is very dense, kindof like eating right out of a box of raisins with a large-bore stiff straw.

The scotch adds a nice kick. They are then encased in a light, melt-in-your mouth shortcrust pastry. It is virtually wet on top with syrup. If you like Christmas pudding this is a good alternative to literally having to make it weeks ahead of time.
