It offers 4-way stretch for maximum comfort day-in and day-out. The Touchscreen works fine with properly fitted gloves so you can track your KOM stats without taking them off. The grip strips on the fingers are very grippy which is great when doing 1 or 2 finger braking.

The Elasticized Fabric hugs your hands and is made of a microfiber leather, lycra fabric and triple sandwich mesh cloth on the surface which is breathable and very comfortable to wear. The material right around the outer thumb area is softer and thicker, perfect for wiping sweat off your brow. The palms are nice and padded for comfort.

Buy on Amazon

Best part: hikenture gear cycle glove costs comparatively low and it is available to ship in 24 hours. These are easy on and super easy to take off. The palms have an exposed gel insert positioned in the spot where most road cyclists place the majority of their weight during casual rides. There are nice gel pads on the palm of the glove to give extra padding while holding a handlebar or steering wheel. They cut the wind fairly well, comfortable cycling. The touch screen functionality is great too as a bonus if you need to use your phone.

The glove is well constructed and grips to the handlebar well and does not slip or slide like a regular pair of gloves. It is good for winter and rain.

Why We Like This:
  • Cushioning was fine for bike riding
  • Not too snug not too loose
  • 60 degrees, night time, and they are great for cycling

Best For brakes: INBIKE gear cycle Glove

INBIKE gear cycle Glove
Buy on Amazon

The inbike gear cycle glove should be able to handle its purpose and duties with ease. These gloves are very warm and the gel inserts pad the palms just enough to allow good flexibility. They're warm, and have the right amount of padding in the palms. The lining slips around inside the fingers making for a dangerous grip on the handlebars when climbing or riding over rough terrain. These are double stitched around the padded palm and the velcro wrist closure fits well. It keeps your hands dry and warm. These are also flexible enough to handle gear changes and brakes. These gloves are very warm and even work on a phone touchscreen.

Why We Like This:
  • Comfortable, waterproof, warm, and provide hand & wrist protection
  • Great quality really keep your hands warm in freaking weather
  • Gel grips adequately protect palms from abrasion
  • Anti-vibration padding was also a plus

Not everyone likes to purchase glove for their daily usage, but the giro gear cycle glove would be an anomoly. These are adult sized gloves. They fit a little small, especially when putting them on, but have become a little easier to put on after a couple uses. It looks small but can stretch because of the material. It provides excellent vibration support with the gel pads. The gloves look and fit great, and they give that added support needed for the hands. They are mediocre in high humidity. It is custom made for bike riding.

Why We Like This:
  • Adds alot of hand comfort to bike rides
  • Very comfortable and no issues with ulnar nerve or numb hands or fingers
  • Good padding, confortable, great construction and they look pretty sleek

Best For numbness: Sealskinz gear cycle Glove

Sealskinz gear cycle Glove
Buy on Amazon

We would, of course, be remiss if we didn't mention sealskinz gear cycle glove for regular usage. Lobster style gloves are perfect for bike riding as they are much warmer than traditional gloves but allow you to operate your levers unlike full mittens. They have zero touch capability so forget about grabbing and operating your phone at a stoplight, or, even worse, swiping across your Garmin screen to change views. The divider/liner in the fingers keeps them in contact with each other which is the key to keeping them warm, just like mittens.

These are decent at keeping hands warm on cold rides and split finger style gives good control for shifting and brake levers. The long fingertips make it a bit tricky to grab and operate a zipper, or to grab and pull a sleeve cuff after you put on your second glove. These are a bit bulky though, which means some reduced ease of motion. It comes in a heavy duty, lobster claw-style waterproof cycling glove.

Why We Like This:
  • As far as wind resistance and warmth
  • Perfect for large hands, very cold riding
  • One of the new comers and featured product
