The Staedtler set is better, with a good range of line width. The line width varies from 0.1 to 1.0 which are written on both the pen barrel and the cap. They do have a small drying window and it's possible to smudge them if you brush your hand against freshly drawn lines. The points are longer than the regular drafting pens so you can hold them further away when drawing and adding lines.
