The stand comes with 2 foam cylinders that go over the headstock holders at the top of the stand. The Levers automatically secure the guitar at the nut for security. The base keeps it from tipping over, and the auto grip holder keeps the guitar in the stand. It’s very sturdy, stable and really “captures” the head end.
