The fastrack i gallon glass jug is suitable and reliable and fits well with your daily purpose. The 2 piece airlocks are just as good as you would get at any home brew store. It includes a jug, twin bubble airlock, 38 mm polyseal lid, and #6.5 drilled stopper. It is thick and will easily withstand boiling water. The bubbler is a bit tricky to thoroughly clean and sterilize internally and get it emptied back out of both chambers. It works some well but it works better for storing and aging wines and home distilled liquors.

The s-shaped airlock is a personal favorite, and the bung is of good quality. It comes with the air locks and bungs. The air lock does its job though if you can get it shoved in the hole deeply enough to stay properly. The glass jug is nice and sturdy.
