It is easy to window mount and being able to close the window with the fan mounted is a nice feature. It is a basic fan, plastic housing, with both intake and exhaust features. It has expandable gap fillers and perforated holes for screws to mount on the window frame. The fan has 3 speeds and is reversible, fits in windows that will not take a 20 inch box fan, moves a lot of air, reasonably quiet on low. It is easy to install, does not need to be mounted permanently and cools the house nicely down during cool nights.
