These gloves are great value since they come with their own liners. The base of each glove does have a pull cord with a toggle @ the end to tighen the wrist part of the glove. They have the cords so you can tighten the bottom of the glove, as pictured. The plastic edge on the left thumd acts as a windshield wiper if you want to scrape the snow or water droplets off your glasses or goggles with out taking the gloves off in the cold for what-ever you might be doing.

The under gloves are warm and work with your phone, highly recommend. It keeps your hands comfortable and warm. It has a removable liner with the gloves.
