It fits around your back tire, bike frame, and bike rack when locking so thats great as long as the bike rack isn't too thick. The durable rope feature allows you to connect both wheels and the bike. It's easy to install on your bicycle and keeps the ulock secure and out of your way.

A decently sized bolt cutter will get through this, and it is a decent lock for suburban/rural areas, NOT NYC. The included mount is handy as well.
