The eg starts usb encoder might be a relatively new release, but it's still nothing short of impressive this year, thanks to multiple price cuts and added new features over the past few months. It is a 8 way professional joystick. There are four sets of everything the same with each having its own USB cable. The buttons and joysticks all work great and are easy to install. The lights are very bright and look great. There's another 2 or 3 wire spots to plug in for joysticks/ possibly a trackball.

The Joysticks are actually quite good, they replicate the Sanwa well. It has 2 switch interfaces and 2 LED light connectors.
