The dewalt masonry drillbit kit is satisfactory and appropriate and fits well with your regular usage. The DEWALT does make a smaller, lighter, and more maneuverable and handy drill for around $60 dollars or so. It has two speed modes, low and high. The key chuck works better and stands up to constant heavy work. The hammer function of this drill is incredible. It is also variable speed, so as you press the trigger down harder, it goes faster, and you can start drilling slowly if you want by squeezing it lightly, like when you are getting the hole started.
The electrical cord on this drill has only two prongs. It will go from 0-3, 500 rpm, though you will have somewhat less torque. The weight balance/distribution will be far better than with the DWD520K and your wrists will thank you.
