The tool is a must have accessory for your daily usage. Of other tap and die sets which are made of low carbonsteel, the Muzerdo tap and die set are made of made of high carbon chromium bearing steel which are more stronger. As other reviewers mentioned, the trays are made of flimsy plastic that bends easily and very difficult to pull out of the case especially with the clear cover on. It makes it easier to lift the tray out of the case and the tape is thin enough to not cause issues when closing the case.

This set has the taps in one tray, covered by a clear top, and the dies in a second tray, covered by an identical top. The plastic that the trays are made of is kind of thinnish. The small die holding handle could be made better because they are hard on the hands because they are not round. There are no NPT taps or dies in this kit. It's a sure fire way to destroy the tap and die and also your workpiece.
