The tamiya mini's material feels more premium than its price would suggest. This motor is quite small fitting in the palm of your hand and runs on two 1.5 volt batteries connected in serial. It features snap or screw together construction and color molded parts to eliminate needing paint or glue. The parts are really tiny but it's easy to put together. The motor even if its rated at 3 volts comes alive at 7.4 volts and handles it well without any troubles.
This motor runs on three volts. The box is 1 1/8" long, About 1" tall, and 3/4" wide. It is hassle free to move around since it is extremely tiny. This gearbox is fun to build myself.Why We Like This:
