Not everyone likes to purchase paint for their regular usage, but the tulip good paint would be an anomoly. The secret is to either stretch the fabric slightly or use something (a brush, toothpick, Qtip) to work the paint into the fabric as you put it on. It is made of canvas, or other fabric type. It has enough texture for gripping. The lighter colors would be highly visible, but darker paint would have less contrast, therefore less visibility. It is great for creating 3D effects on hard objects. This dries way faster, holds form till dry. It will work, as in a stick, the overall look of it will depend on the length of the velvet.
Why We Like This:
Good size and great paint for crafting projects
Is very easy to use and looks great
Great for other fabrics, permanent, wont wash out, dries fairly quick

The Modpodge brushes work really well with the Jacquard TEXTILE color line. This "paint" is the perfect solution for a wide black twill rug binding that is badly faded. This can be used as a "fabric medium" to make acrylic paints softer for fabric, but it is also used for diluting the textile colors without compromising the stick of the paint like water would.
The Jacquard fabric paint medium leaves fabric as soft as possible and holds up exceptionally well for washing. It can be applied straight from the bottle with a brush, applicator bottle or stamp. It will probably take 3 to 4 coats (maybe more) to cover the cream completely. If you’re looking for thick, opaque, bright, white fabric paint this is a good one. It’s great to use with colored pencils.
