The Forest Green lightens as it dries. This ink is in the Warden's Series of inks and as such, is listed as bulletproof, eternal, forgery and water resistant. It's dark, dull and feathers a lot. It's a lovely, smooth green ink that's not too bright nor does it have too much yellow. This one is smooth as silk and a nice shade of dark green.

This ink tends to feather a bit when used in a fountain pen, so a dip pen that puts alot of ink down very fast might not be advisable. It's super difficult to clean it.
