Here, we review deck that manages to win our hearts. It is widely considered as one of all-around great product you can buy. The Onyko TARW255 Dual Well Tape Deck has performed well in transferring cassette tapes to computer files. It plugs into the phone jack on the ION turntable, and goes direct to the computer. It works well for recording, tape to tape recording or playing tapes. It is used to the eject button being on top of the cassette window.
The Sony also comes with an automatic search feature that's not only quite effective but can come in handy for locating "tracks" whether for playing or dubbing. The sound is excellent and it is easy to use, you can tape from cassette to cassette, both sides, without doing any turning over and cueing. The unit also has a "standby" red light when you turn the unit off.

The onkyo tape cassette tape deck might be a relatively new release, but it's still nothing short of impressive this year, thanks to multiple price cuts and added new features over the past few iterations. The sound quality of course is top, being it Onkyo, and it plays cassettes without any problem.
Why We Like This:

Powerful motors on both a and b sides of deck
Solid unit for playing and making copies
Recording quality is excellent, no tape hiss or other undesired noise on recording

The onkyo tape deck is satisfactory and appropriate and fits well with your daily purpose. The primary output jacks are RCA line out, intended to go to the tape input jacks on a receiver. There's also a headphone jack on the front panel that can be used. These can go to the line in jack on the computer's sound card, provided you have the proper adapter and cords.
Why We Like This:
Plays cassettes, even old ones, without problems in either well
Easy to hookup both decks work flawlessly very satisfied
