This is a well built mount. It is designed to specifically fit magma products. The mounting holes are 4-1/2" inches apart on each arm. It is perfectly and materials are quality. The grill is very stable. The mounts are easy to install and do put the grill slightly outside of the boat, but the mounts only extend to as far as the front of the grill face. It is easy to install and does not get in the way when you're on the boat.
