The elgato popfilter steel's material feels more premium than its price would suggest. This is a bespoke design to work with elgato wave mics, but there is not much to say. It features dual-layer steel mesh for optimum air current diffusion, eliminating pops and hisses caused by plosive speech sound. It does really help with blocking the plosive sounds. The quality is very good (2 layers of metal mesh), and it does block plosives fairly well.
This mic is light weight, has an easy to use button to control gain and other settings. The mic itself has a pop filter built in, so this is just adding another layer so it’s really not needed. This pop filter would be useful for singing. Fits great and definitely completes the astetic of this microphone. The Great thing about this filter is you do not have to constantly adjust it like you do the type on a flex arm.

Solid mesh makes it easier to clean
Keeps the user from accidentally spitting into the mic

It also stays in place nicely, and doesn't droop over time during a long recording session. It works great to take out the popping sound that can happen when you use a microphone but it doesn’t necessarily help with making the overall tone less “tinny” or echo-y.
