The Mini Pro Elite wireless is a good controller and is very well made. It comes with more comfortable reverse analog sticks, a smaller form factor, and custom designed concave l2 and r2 buttons, so you'll enjoy improved comfort and gameplay no matter how long you game. The analog sticks are also convex, and are smaller than most other controllers' sticks. The range is fine and the sticks feel tight as do the buttons and the added light up feature is nice but not really needed.
The controller is about 30% smaller than a typical PS3 controller by comparison. It has a dedicated RF dongle, feels well built and comfortable, and illuminates well. The battery life is about ten hours and they charge via USB so its not a problem.
