If you want nothing but a stem that is satisfactory, this origin8 quill bmx stem is certainly a worthy investment. It works pretty well for a classic 90s mtb restoration project. It is used to turn an older univega into a dirt drop gravel bike and the origin8 gary os sweep bars look great with the stem and bike. The cruiser uses a 1 " quill stem, and a 31.8 handlebar. The rubber cap which covers the stem bolt fits well too. The bolts hold up quite well. It looks and feels incredible to add to that it is 1" in diameter so it will fit well too. If you want to put updated bars on an old bike this is the stem to get.
