It has a small ziplock bag with 4 different sized bolts from long to short, 2 spacers, and 2 identical brackets (one is a spare) that's it. The mounting brackets fit the crossbow bracket and the quiver will mount. There are two rubber extension "gaskets" that are only needed if you want the quiver mounted further out away from the riser.
The slots for arrows will hold bolts, but you need to use both or the bolts like to come loose. It can be adjusted up or down by the "allen bolt" once in place. It will last a long time.
