For a low asking price, noodler's ink lovely ink has managed to overwhelm their customers by packing as many features as they could. It feathers a little on more absorbant papers, but it does nicely on fountain-pen friendly paper. Because it's "partially bulletproof, " it will remain legible if it gets wet, making it a very good envelope ink. It is a deep, vibrant red that is slightly on the blue side of red. It is dark enough to photocopy well, but gorgeous enough to use in letter writing. It's filled to the very brim. This is an excellent value and a delightful color.

The aromatherapeutic scent is perfect for self-affirmations and journaling around self-love and compassion. If you’re thinking of this for a card or letter, the recipient will get to experience the lovely scent of this ink. The ink is a beautiful reddish color and transfers nicely on paper. The other is that the page is covered whenever the book is closed or even the page is turned, and that traps the scent. It has a light touch of the rose scent.

The ink is shipped in a thin plastic bag, not very secure for a glass bottle. The ink is a pale oxblood (more red than brown) and approximates the color of Dutch process cocoa powder. There's more odor at the nib which adds a bit to the novelty.

This is a beautiful, voluptuous red that really does look like the color of luscious rose petals. It also looks great in a TWSBI GO 1.1 stub, very rich and lovely color and flow. It’s exactly rose petal colored which is gorgeous. The glass bottle, like all noodler ink bottles, is filled to the very top, so careful when opening it.

The ink looks great in that pen and flows well, and shows some gorgeous shading. If you are swatching this ink...it will take forever to dry. It comes with an extra fine, or nib, you will not truly see the nice shading that this ink provides. The color is a Lovely, very dark rose-pink.
