The shurflo rv water pressure accumulator tank is the best suitable tank on the market today. It is the next legendary water pump from shurflo that is both affordable on any budget, and is sure to exceed the expectations of customers and industry insiders alike. The shurflo revolution pump is also a mini powerhouse, delivering three gallons of water per minute to onboard sinks, toilets, showers and more at up to 55 psi, while requiring only a reasonable power draw of 7.5 amps from an onboard 12 vdc power source.
This pump has more pressure, and is VERY quiet. It comes with everything needed to hook up and runs super quiet. It can be mounted in any position, is thermally protected, can run dry without damage and utilizes patent pending flow reaction technology to reduce noise, vibration and excessive pump cycling. It is a bit larger and has a connection of 4 screws vs. 3 on the old one. It comes with barbed and threaded connections for every application. This thing is so quiet its hard to hear over the sink.
Why We Like This:
Very compact and easy to install
4 chambered diaphragm with adjustable pressure switch and by-pass
Runs very quietly and a good out flow
Works great and a little quieter than the last pump

Next on the list, we've got yet another tank that manages to win our hearts. It's the seaflo rv water pressure accumulator tank and it's widely considered as tank that has the most suitable features. This pump has made the 5th wheel life much better. It works well for a shower that’s about five feet with about three feet of lift. It is a great little pump for garden watering. This pump has a pressure switch with a cut-off pressure of 60 PSI. The useful capacity of the pressure tank is just above 1 gallon per cycle.
This pump can handle either freshwater or salt water. It will work with just solar panels. The pump has a built in pressure sensing switch.
Why We Like This:
Holds 55 to 60 psi without a problem
Plenty of pressure and pressure shut off works great

The flojet rv water pressure accumulator tank's material feels more premium than its price would suggest. Being able to rinse something or fill the toilet without the pump kicking on is a huge benefit, and when the water is being provided from the accumulator it's silent. This unit is Self-Priming up to 10" from the Water Supply. It hardwires to the 12V battery in place of existing pump. The pump would bang the pipes and it would resonate through the entire rv. The output side has a brass threaded fitting and the pump comes with a standard threaded connector and a barbed connector for the output side.
This unit is very limited as far as water pressure due to the 12 volt design. There is no more surging pressure as the pump cycles on and off.
Why We Like This:
Include applications where available water pressure is very low and fluctuates widely
