The schiek great support should be able to handle its purpose and duties with ease. Straps work great for crossfit and weight lifting. It has helped with deadlifts, shoulder presses, push presses, overhead squats (ouch), handstand push ups, burpees, pull ups, etc. They adjust loosely or tightly. The quality is great, very well made just not for powerlifiting.
