The bearings are all metal shielded cheapies. The quality on the components is pretty low and the slipper pads are VERY low quality aluminum that strips easily.

The motor mount plate is metal, the included pinion gear is as well, everything else is plastic. It has 4 loose screws for mounting to the vehicle.
