This rash guard is a second skin, in the sense that it is so tight that once you wear it (if you are able to) you won’t be able to take it out. It fits really really tight (which is needed to hold the warmth) - so if you have doubts about, say, size medium. If you get in the water this shirt does a great job of holding a bit of moisture next to your skin which keeps you cool. It's very comfortable and feels like a second skin in the water.
